Yes: No interactions. Not sure if valerian will help with your anxiety, but Ativan (lorazepam) is not a long term solution. There are other possibilities that you should discuss with your doc.

Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions. Yes: Valerian is an herbal preparation used to help with sleep. It is quite safe. I see no problem taking it along with Zoloft.
