A member asked:

How often should people in their sixties get a cardiac stress test, a cardiac ultrasound with or without carotid, and an ekg or an ecg?

If you do not smoke and your lipids/BP are normal and you have a negative family history of early heart disease then not needed. The carotid ultrasound in an asymptomatic person may lead to unneeded surgery and stroke. These tests should be reserved for those with symptoms. Too many false positives that lead to more testing and maybe even surgery/angioplasty/stenting that is not needed.
