There are no lingering effects from the treatment you had which will preclude you from trying to conceive at this time. The effect of x-rays are instntaneous, and the anesthetic is denatured in the liver and are gone in a day.

If digital or even conventional x-rays were taken with a lead apron on you, than exposure is minimal. The anesthesia stays in system only a few hours. If cavities are not deep, pain will be minimal. All signs will be normal for a successful conceiving.

All of your concerns are, to be kind, overblown. None of them will affect your fertility or your child's health. What is important is that you have your infections (cavities) treated as soon as possible.
