Start with changes: in diet and nutrition. Eliminate all refined/processed carbs, minimal animal protein and no red meat unless extra lean and only once a month. Eat all of the vegetables you possibly can and fresh fruit in moderation. This should allow your body to shift to the more alkaline pH range. Floss at least once per day. Drink at least 3 liters of water daily. Walk for at least 10 minutes twice a day.

Sensitive teeth: Sensitivity could be due to a number of problems. Need more information and a more thorough dental history, which your dentist knows. Talk to your dentist and explain the problem. If your dentist can't solve your problem, you may need to seek a second opinion.
