Bleeding every day 1 year, thick endometrial lining 9.3mm. "not well defined towards lower portion of uterus" and "the fundal portion is slightly ill defined" dr isn't helping. no answers given. could this be cancer? can it be something less scary?

You should be taken care by a GYN doctor for hormone imbalance. If you are bleeding everyday for a year, you likely have iron deficiency. Malignant lesion is less likely but endometrial sample should be done which may help guiding the hormone treatment. If you have been followed by a GYN doctor but problem persists, it's time for a second opinion. Good luck.
