Less likely: With regular periods your endometrial stripe would not likely indicate cancer, but 20 mm is unusually thick - esp. With regular periods. It most likely mean nothing, it could possibly represent endometrial hyperplasia. Your doctor can and should discuss this with you, he./she may recommend an endometrial biopsy.
