I did a cbc and all results were normal except for red blood cells which were 5.19 should i be concerned? is this normal?

If all of the rest of the results were normal, then the slight abnormality in RBC is of no concern. If you have further questions about the findings on your CBC, contact the Doctor Who ordered it for you. Good luck.
