Many things can cause right sided abdominal pain, but if the pain is persistent, you should be seen in urgent care or an emergency room. Some of the causes may be related to the gallbladder, bile duct, Bowes, or kidneys,among other possible causes. You need an evaluation to sort it out. Good luck.
