I got a pain last night at about 7pm ,towards the right of my tummy, the pain lasted for about 10 seconds that level was at a 10 not it's at 2 but i got cramps i'm not sure if it's me appendicits?

If one has been constipated a while, stool can back up the right side and cause pain. Having gas excess may cause pain (lactose intolerance will cause gas). A kidney stone or a hernia can cause pain. Other causes exist, so a doctor should check.
