Need doctor to check: Lower right abdominal pain can be from many things. For pain there, appendicitis is always a concern (pain can worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one has been constipated a while, stool can back up the right side and cause pain. Having gas excess may cause pain (lactose intolerance will cause gas). A kidney stone or a hernia can cause pain. Other causes exist, so a doctor should check.
