Ejaculation was burning and after peeing, i had a severe pain in the left kidney until i got a short breath, blurry vision, tingling in hands. by the way i have varicocele grade 3, can it be the cause behind that?

I don't think that the varicocele is an issue here. I doubt that the pain actually emanated from the kidney. The other symptoms were probably caused by anxiety. If you experience any further urinary or ejaculation discomfort, consult a urologist for evaluation and advice.

Varicocele is a dilatation of the veins of the spermatic cord in the scrotum. Your symptoms are not related to it.
