Hello doc sometimes l have cramp on my left hand and sometymes on my upper left side l fell lyke burning inside and having short breath again

Left hand /side cram: The burning may be reflux with or without H pylori a bacteria, you can see if maalox eases the discomfort (if H pylori need antibiotics also) . Sometimes with reflux you can get discomfort in arms . Chest pain could also be cardiac and can radiate to arm. Arm pain can be thoracic outlet syndrome , TMJ or from the neck, (motrin can help ,though makes reflux worse)rarely MS. F/U w/doc
