It could be infection/irritation of the vas/ seminal vesicle or prostate. Without exam hard to tell. pl see a Urologist

After varicocele surgery conducted when I was 15 years old, complication came out - hydrocele. But after physical therapy some fluid gone, but some remains and it doesnt bother me(no pain). Does hydrocele affect puberty, testosterone levels?
