Fibromyalgia ?: 35 yo female w. stiff hands "feels beat up, burning hip, aching joints & low back pain" has undiagnosed disorder. Start with primary care general eval. If negative see Rheumatologist to rule out autoimmune disorder. If still no findings then Fibromyalgia considered. Many fibromyalgics have unilateral sacroiliac joint disorder which manifests as hip pain & Osteopaths are skilled at this diagnosis.

Rheumatology: Sounds like a rheumatic flare. Can try OTC anti-inflammatories, but if still having symptoms, should see medical professional.
