tight chest, lame/weird feeling in my left arm, short breaths, 101 bpm heart rate, and a tingling feeling in my hand/fingers.

Tight chest: For people in there 20's tight chest is usually from more benign process such ad anxiety or panic. Bronchospasm would be comon. Coromary disease rate, however if using substances like cocaine can preciptate cardiac problems in people under 40. BlBlood clot possible, but cpmmonly associated with pain.
