Tight chest: For people in there 20's tight chest is usually from more benign process such ad anxiety or panic. Bronchospasm would be comon. Coromary disease rate, however if using substances like cocaine can preciptate cardiac problems in people under 40. BlBlood clot possible, but cpmmonly associated with pain.

Good day. Saturday I went to the emergency room for heart palpitations. Heart rate was between 158 and 170 bpm. Numbness in hands and pain in chest and left arm. Dr put me on Bisoprolol. Still having chest and arm pain?
