Certainly could be possible, and the transglutaminase level is a hint toward confirmation. HLA genetic testing might further confirm, and the ultimate test would be a small intestine biopsy. Find a gastroenterologist who is experienced in the Celiac area, and have a further evaluation. Several research projects are ongoing, and there are at least two major potential breakthrough drugs.
