A member asked:

I got a celiac disease comp panel 6 mo. ago while eating gluten (no symptoms). i stopped gluten, had it done again now. the results were all - & in range except ttg igg was weak + both times. can this mean i dont have celiac since it stayed the same?

Sounds normal: Celiac disease is suggested when a panel has a positive IgA to the tissue transglutaminase factors. IgG is really not a significant marker here. Confirmation of celiac would require in intestinal biopsy while consuming gluten, after a positive IgA screen suggested the need. In the absence of symptoms & with a negative IgA screen I would say you are not celiac at this point.
