Good question: Have you noted relief in your symptoms with a gluten-free diet? I wonder also why only igg ttg was obtained since it is only used when there is an IgA deficiency. Otherwise IgA ttg should be the preferred test. If you have obtained benefit from a gluten-free diet after a few months, i personally would skip a biopsy. However i would also recommend that an IgA ttg be obtained.
