Got std testing this morning but it wasnt first urine i also had 3 bottles of water about a hour before testing to pee because i already peed this morning. is the chances still high for detection even tho i drank water and peed a hour before?

The first morning urine specimen will have the highest level of infected particles for the test. Drinking high volumes of water could also dilute out these particles. Accordingly, the first morning urine specimen is very important in my view for STD testing.

What you describe is adequate for testing std. Any sample of urine held for 30mts or more is OK
