Im am having some left kidney pain and i have been drinking water i took azo but this didnt change the color of my urine. my urine is clear should i go to the er? my pain is a 2-3 discomfort. is clear pee like water ok?

Are you certain that the pain is coming from the.left kidney? If there's a complete blockage in the left ureter by a stone or other cause, your urine from the right kidney can be clear. In this case, an ultrasound or renal CT scan would be diagnostic. You're not experiencing severe pain, but instead of waiting to see your MD next Monday, you may want to get prompt attention in the ER.

Color change of urine depends of the dose of AZO and the amount of water you drink. Also AZO is for burning in urine and not for Kidney pain If the pain is tolerable skip the ER and see your MD. Hope you feel better.
