Foamy urine can indicate elevated protein level, which in turn can be due to various kidney health problems. Did your urinalysis include a protein test? If not, repeat the urinalysis including protein. In any case, foamy urine is not usually a sign of an STD or any other infection. See a doctor if it continues and/or you remain concerned. Good luck.

If you had a normal UA then there is nothing organically wrong. The commonest cause of this is the urine striking the toilet at a force and angle to cause micro bubbles. Some bacteria can do that too but your urine is negative. try sitting on a toilet and voiding and see if that changes. Good luck
