There is no free fluid in the prostate. If prostate inflammation is present, any fluid accumulation is throughout prostate tissue (like water in a sponge). There is no fluid to move around "like water in a cup".

No . the prostate is not a container with fluid. It has solid glands and ducts which produce a small amount of secretion depending on many things. It is OM to be curious- otherwise how would you know?
