Does the fluid in our prostate move around when we walk? i would assume its like having water in a cup if you move it the fluid will move around? was just curious?

There is no free fluid in the prostate. If prostate inflammation is present, any fluid accumulation is throughout prostate tissue (like water in a sponge). There is no fluid to move around "like water in a cup".

No . the prostate is not a container with fluid. It has solid glands and ducts which produce a small amount of secretion depending on many things. It is OM to be curious- otherwise how would you know?
