Radiation: Loss of bladder control is common to hapen after radiation therapy for prostate cancer. He may consider to do kegel exercise, and consider adult diapers, behavior modification. However, bladder infection also is something that has to be ruled out. Bring him to see his radonc and urologist and discuss further on different approaches he can have to help him with this urinary incontinence.

Incontinence: His edema (fluid retention) can't be explained by his history provided. His incontinence needs to be addressed, it would need to be determined if he has overflow incontinence that is his bladder is full and urine overflows. Suggest call his urologist and his primary care. He needs to be seen. A complete Urine and urine culture and a ultrasound may be needed. hope this helps
