I have been feeling sleepy and energy levels are low. i had a good sleep last night and there have been no other noticeable symptoms. i tried basic things like taking a walk outside, drinking water, a small cup of coffee... anything to worry here?

If not urgent...: One way to figure out what causes fatigue is to keep a diary for 2 weeks and show it to the primary care doctor. The diary should include things such as medicines taken, vitamins or supplements taken, caffeine / alcohol / illegal drugs used, bedtimes, wake-up times, stressors (job / home / spouse / kids / etc.), exercising, foods eaten, meal times, etc... Blood tests might be done.
