Since yeast infection & STDs shouldn't be a consideration in your case, I'd recommend trying a corticosteroid ointment that your pharmacist can recommend. Avoid very tight jeans. Wear white cotton underwear. If no improvement, consult a urologist or a dermatologist for evaluation & advice.
