I've had a rash on my penis since monday. it stated out in the scrotum as really itchy, then the skin dried out and became red and flaky, eventually it spread to my penis. the skin is very flakey.

See doctor: It is hard to tell what you may have based on the description. One condition to be considered is scabies but it is impossible to provide you a diagnosis based on the information given. (Any contact with a new sexual partner in the past few weeks?)
