Not normal: The abnormal urine could be caused by an infection or a kidney stone but definitely shows an abnormality in the urinary tract. She should have a urine culture (the lab may still have the urine specimen) and a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis. She should start treatment soon because a kidney infection can become serious.
