You should be tested for a urinary tract infection-this could definitely cause the symptoms you are describing. If positive, you need treatment with an antibiotic. If you don’t have a UTI, you need to be examined by your primary care doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!

You can not see the urethra from the outside as it is the tube which brings urine out from the bladder and is completely covered by the skin on the underside of the penis. If you see/feel a problem pl see your doc
