My urethra is painful when i pee what is the cause of that, i also took a pic it doesn't look normal it's is red inside i don't know why?

You can not see the urethra from the outside as it is the tube which brings urine out from the bladder and is completely covered by the skin on the underside of the penis. If you see/feel a problem pl see your doc
