If my blood pressure is high example 150/90 and i go to sleep and get maybe 6 hours of rest will it go down abit?

Sleep typically helps blood pressure because you relax when you sleep, most of the time. Also lack of sleep, which 6 hours for a night would be, will increase your blood pressure and so does restless sleep do the same thing.
