I did echo and my right ventricle diastole size was 2.44cm. is it normal? i also noticed that the range was from 0.7 to 2.3 cm but the report says normal for my mine that was 2.44cm?

Check with local cardiologist for what I’d normal in men like you. One cannot tell difference between 0.4 and 0.3 on repeat studies. Echos are very operator dependent. I would worry about other things such as keeping your BMI less than 25 and BP less that 120 systolic and eating the DASH diet for long term health.
