Cardiologist: The ejection fraction is borderline reduced. This combined with some concentric left ventricular hypertrophy raises the question of whether high blood pressure or a heart valve abnormality has exerted some strain on your heart. I recommend a consultation by a cardiologist to insure that you get proper evaluation of your cardiovascular status and appropriate care and follow-up.
