I currently do not have a spleen. how cautious should i be regarding infections or colds. for example, is a sore throat or fever something to go see a doctor for? i get conflicting data when searching online. thank you?

Without a spleen you are susceptible to certain infectious organisms, not all viruses or bacteria. You are recommended to take vaccines, if available, against those specific organisms.
