For completing the work up you should have a transrectal ultrasound or pelvic MRI done if it has not done yet for ruling out other causes of recurrent hematospermia before you are assured of having benign hematospermia. Good luck.

It is probably from irritation of the prostate. Try avoiding the situations you mention. If still blood the pl see a Urologist for further investigations.

Why when i masterbate blood comes out instead of seman i was put on antiboiotics, no help, just had a psa test done.
Ultrasound test shows normal size of prostate, psa: 1.0, urine/semen cultures clear of bacteria, 2-3hpf of pus cells in semen culture. Is this all enough to conclude that i don't have prostatitis?
