I am 28 years old, i have been noticing brown colour in my ejaculate, sometimes blood for past 10months. it comes and goes, it becomes clear and then again brown or blood. i did semen culture, and psa, it was normal. could this be symptom of cancer?

You need to see a urologist. Brown color can come from blood that has broken down. Frank blood in semen needs a through exam and tests by a urologist.
