It could be a side effect of either meds (topical toner and oral phentermine) you have used. You should stop one by one for at least one week and observe the response. If you continue to use the toner, make sure to only use on the skin.

Glycolic acid toner is primarily used as a defoliant on the face. Pl stop using it in the vaginal area a nd if at all a moisturizing cream. Phentermine should not cause those symptoms. If the problem persists pl see a Gyn.
