Topical antifungal: Ringworm, so named but the appearance of the rash. Usually a raised red border with flat center. This is caused by a fungus. Usually transmission is close contact with a person with a fungal infection. You can use antifungal cream on the area. A safe choice would be a cream used for "Jock Itch" or a cream that comes in the package for a Yeast Infection. Using these creams once or twice a day
