At 53 years old should i have two bone lesions found in my shoulder biopsied and completely removed instead of waiting to see if theyre malignant?

You're asking if you should allow a suspicious lesion to invade nearby tissues and spread to other parts of your body and then treat the problem OR have the localized lesions evaluated now and have them removed if indicated? I vote for the latter.

Biopsied maybe, removed not likely to be possible. You have reasons to become increasingly anxious as to finding out the origin for the bone lesions, however the approach to such lesions has to be cautious and keeping up with current guidelines. Your current team remains best in explaining next best steps, serial imaging always helpful in better understanding such findings.
