Shoulder pain: Try not to focus on "possibility" rather than "probability". Our brains often make us focus on the former as that is the greatest danger even if there is little chance of that. And in this case there is very little if not close to zero chance that your acute symptoms are a bone cancer. Give it some time and if persists or increases in frequency duration or severity than seek medical evaluation.
