PLease go back to your doctor and ask them to explain exactly what their findings are. The word doctor means teacher. We are supposed to explain to our patients what our finding are so that they can acquiesce to our treatment recommendations.

Suspect a typo, typical in reports for “no pulmonary vascular congestion”. Usually if there is some it is described as involving specific areas of the lungs. Always a good idea to run it by your doc at follow up to confirm.
