It is unclear what this interpretation is saying. The best thing to do is to get in touch with the doctor who ordered the x-ray and have that doctor interpret the x-ray. If there is no active disease, then you would not have pulmonary vascular congestion. Good luck!

There might have been a typo in the original chest X-ray, second reading suggests no changes and normal. A chest X-ray would not rule in or out PVC’s or premature ventricular contractions, follow up with your primary care doc will be needed in order to get a better understanding of your condition and further workup as needed.
