May be: Pulmonary congestion and cardiomegaly (if you truly have them) may represent signs of early heart failure but you do not say if you have shortness of breath or any other symptoms. Nothing wrong to get a second opinion from a cardiologist that you trust and follow his lead. Do not be afraid of asking questions! you should be allright.
