31, f, obese. x-ray said slight prominence the pulmonary vascularity without overt pulmonary edema. the heart size is within limits of normal. there is no pneumothorax. osseous structures appear intact." what does this mean? im worried?

All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,it would have helped to know your symptoms and the reason for these tests. Wish you good health!
