The wording says the patient did not take a deep breath that would match that for a regular x-ray. The findings are normal for the depth of breath taken. This is a common event, not all patients understand or are coached to take the right depth of breath. This is not worth worrying about. By itself, it is normal. If there are other issues discuss them with your doc.
