Having a lot of stomach aches and have either constipation or diarrhea i woke with stomach hurting today im worried its something bad. does this sound like colon disease or ibs?

Your symptoms could be due to many different causes. If you have both constipation and diarrhea at times, along with stomach discomfort, this may be irritable bowel syndrome. There are other possibilities-like inflammatory bowel disease-that can cause similar symptoms. You should see a GI doctor to have an evaluation so that your symptoms can be diagnosed.
