Is it ok to take celebrex anti inflammatory tablets before knee surgery (arthroscopy with general anesthesia) or do i need to stop them? forgot to ask at my pre assessment?

They would usually give you instructions not to take anything by mouth after you go to bed the night before surgery. Meds before bed would be okay in that picture, but not after you get up. Your stomach needs to be empty before any general anesthesia as a safety measure.
