2 months after robotic laproscopic total kidney removal surgery. no spread of cancer. have occasional blood cloudy/smell strong in my urine (comes and goes sometimes in same day). in addition, i have continual ache under rt shoulder blade?

You should contact your urologist who did your surgery for removal of the Kidney cancer. Once the kidney tumor has been removed, there should no longer be blood in your urine. This requires further evaluation from your urologist or your PCP. Similarly any bone pain in your body requires an imaging test such as a X-Ray of the painful area to rule out any spread(Metastasis of your kidney cancer.

Drink plenty of water and if it does not clear up pl see your Urologist shoulder blade ache does not seem to be related to your urinary symptoms- but if on the same side as your surgey. mention that too to him/her
