Need to return to yo: Your urologist needs to see you urgently to find out the source of your blood in the urine. It may or may not be from the other kidney. Do not delay seeing the doctor within 24 hours even if it means going to the er.

Previous CT report?: During your previous work up of left kidney, they must have commented on the status of right kidney and bladder. Were these two organs normal on the last ct scan and/or ultrasound report? If normal before, then you need re-evaluation by ultrasound, cystoscopy and probably ct urography to find the cause of blood in the urine.
