Unrelated: Slipped disc at L4/5 can cause numb and tingly toes is the disc is compressing a nerve. It does not cause red and hot toes. A slipped disc compressing a nerve also tends to cause radiating pain, numbness and tingling and not typically only symptoms in the toes only. Callouses on the bottom of foot is certainly not related to the slipped disc at L4/5.
