Many possibilities: There are mild abnormalties: more than 5 white blood cells ("nucleated cells", including monocytes), protein slightly elevated. The RBC might be just a bit of blood due to the needle. Several things can cause these things, some serious, some not. Discuss with the doctor who did the spinal tap. Good luck.
