If the ENT specialist you consulted is puzzled by these symptoms and signs, I recommend consulting a neuro otolaryngologist at the department of otolaryngology at a university hospital near you. Bring the MRI disc with you.

I assume your mom has been evaluated by an ENT doctor. Those MRI findings are consistent with your mother's symptoms, tinnitus and hearing loss. Your mom's condition and treatment plan will be addressed by the consulting ENT doctor. Good luck to your mom and wish her a quick recovery.
