Is getting a mirena iud safe for someone that has never given birth? does your uterus have to be a certain size for the mirena to fit properly?

Safe for use: Mirena has been approved for use in women who have never given birth for many years. Two newer IUDs are slightly smaller which makes insertion a little easier. These are Skyla and Kyleena. All three are safe for use and highly effective.
